Secretary of Personnel
The Administrative Secretary for Personnel sets up and maintains all credentials in the employee and departmental files. This includes keeping current each year all changes in personnel on documents such as service records, contacts and computer maintenance relating to PEIMS. It also includes keeping informed of and complying with all state and district policies as well as regulations concerning job function.
The office makes sure that all employees are certified. In the event that an employee does not have the proper certification according to the State Board of Educator Certification, the Personnel Secretary will keep records and track employees until all necessary certification is complete and on file.
This office also processes and enters all the District’s sick leave for employees.
